Fai is the first person you encounter when you visit us at Raznah! She is responsible for making your experience as smooth as possible. Fai has an experience with patient experiences in many settings and brings in an extra edge with a background in business administration.
After you have booked your appointment, you will receive information about what to expect during your appointment. You might also be asked to fill in some forms or surveys. On the day of the appointment, our patient experience officer will be there to welcome you and introduce you to your therapist. After the appointment, any additional information will be sent you as agreed with your therapist.
